Mega Evolution the First Expansion

As we move away from Scarlet and Violet, the Mega Evolution era has had a strong start with ETB’s and booster packs flying off the shelves as collectors and gamers look for the Pokemon evolutions. The artwork on the cards is stunning and the 3-prize rule means that this is a sought after TCG set with prices for the mega Lucario and Mega Gardevoir skyrocketing. 

However, now it’s time to really test the era with the upcoming release of the latest Pokemon Trading Card Game expansion…Mega Evolution Phantasmal Flames. 

The set contains 94 base trading cards as well as the ever desirable rares and full arts; another relatively small set to collect, adding to its appeal! They’ll be the usual booster packs and booster boxes as well as the Elite Trainer Box containing a Charcadet Promo Card. 

With Pokemon cards like Charizard and Mega Gengar, it’s looking like Mega Evolution Phantasmal Flames will be a hit already. The build up has been immense and so far, it looks like Pokemon TCG have nailed it and it might just be worth it!
