3-Day Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframe
We process all orders within 2 business day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another email when your order has shipped.
Our 3-Day Shipping service ensures that eligible orders within the United Kingdom arrive within three (3) business days from the date of dispatch.
Note: The 3-day timeframe refers to shipping duration only — order processing is additional.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, and DPD to get your order to you safely. The shipping carrier is chosen based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free 3-day shipping promotions, which will be clearly highlighted on our site.
Important Shipping Guidelines

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, Postal Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with these addresses will be cancelled.

To protect our customers, any order suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled without notice.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, high shipping volume, or carrier issues.

Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
